Since its founding in 1990, Debra has organically grown ARC into one of the industry’s leading Life Science Recruitment Companies with the help of her dedicated team. Fun Fact: Debra’s early hobby was taming and training exotic parrots. Often in her office, Cosmo, an African Grey Parrot would answer… “Debra Pohl” whenever the phone rang!

Haylee Bell, our Vice President, Life Sciences Recruitment, has over 30 years of broad Human Resources experience to include Recruiting, Employee Relations, Benefits & Compensation, Affirmative Action & EEO, New Employee Orientation Training and Immigration. Haylee’s industry experience includes Wyeth-Ayerst, Forest Laboratories and Novartis before joining Alternative Resources Company in 2013. Having the well-rounded Human Resources experience enables Haylee to fully understand and anticipate the needs of both her Clients and Candidates.

Fun Facts: In college, Haylee was Rush Chairman for her Sorority, Delta Phi Epsilon (she was recruiting even before she was a Recruiter), and she is a crazy, devout Yankees fan!
